Our company, Automated Valet, is proud of it's products and services. Our innovative solutions specialized on valet parking revenue control and automation.

Automated Valet Group is not affiliated with any other company. Our product AVPM® is offered on this web site, and AVPM®MOBILE product is offered on www.ValetSolutions.com.

As the winner of 2007 Best Technology Award at the National Parking Association Trade Show in Los Angeles we promise and deliver the best hardware, software and solution to all of our customers.

If a solution provided by a software company doesn't make sense to you, it is guaranteed that will not work on your valet operations. In most cases we customize our system to your needs at no extra charge.

Some of the common problems that have been seen in other systems do not apply to our system. These problems can be seperated in in to two categories:

Operational Issues

Valet parking operations are commonly hard to implement a computerized solution. Software systems are designed to give you back what ever information is entered. So your valets need to enter all the information manually to the computer with other systems.

Revenue control is another issue that is not properly addressed with other systems. When it comes to valet parking operations; which most of the time are "cash based" operations, you need to have special tools. Our patent pending products will control your revenue 100%.

Tracking employees, vehicle damage control problems are also addressed with many other software companies but the provided solution was not as succesfull as they thought.

Technology Issues

Part of the reason other companies solutions were not succesfull is because of the technology. 5 or 10 years ago the technology was not as advanced as today. And we know, technology will be even different within a month or a year. Our main goal is to follow the technolgy day by day.

Technology issues should be seperated in to 2 categories.

Hardware: We are dedicated to find the latest technolgy hardware to our system. You can be sure that all the hardware provided with our system is and will be the latest technology. We will modify our software to be able to use new hardware everyytime there is a new one available. Some of the hardware presented to the valet parking industry by our company are Bluetooth scanners, VIN decoding, IP cameras, face identification software/hardware.

Software:

Did you know that:

  • Software technology changes?
  • Some of the systems can prepare reports in few seconds but preparing the same exact report for some other systems can take hours or even days!
  • Some systems can work 24/7 with no problem and some others need to be WELL maintained to work even for several hours.
  • You will need to delete (!) files to make the system works. Sometimes every week or every month.
  • When the computer needs to restart or if you lose electricity you may need to "syncronize" the system (!).

When you purchase an AVPM® system here is what you will receive:

AVPM® systems are based on C++ programming. With 550,000 lines of code it is the most functional system in the market. Each function is ingeniously designed to make it work in the valet parking enviroment.

AVPM® software is Scalable, Extensible, Maintainable, Reliable, Robust, Reusable, Efficient, Compatible, Modular, Usable and secure. In plain words with AVPM® systems you can start with one computer and add new computers at any time, add new features at any time. AVPM® system doesn't require end user maintenance. You can use AVPM® system if you are parking 50 cars or 50000 cars. Valet attendants can easily use our software. It is password/Face, fingerprint identification protected with different level user access privileges.

Scalability: The ability to easily expand and contract its resource pool to accommodate heavier or lighter loads. Alternatively, the ease with which a system or component can be modified, added, or removed, to accommodate changing load
Extensibility: New capabilities can be added to the software without major changes to the underlying architecture
Maintainability: The software can be restored to a specified condition within a specified period of time.
Reliability: The software is able to perform a required function under stated conditions for a specified period of time
Robustness: The software is able to operate under stress or tolerate unpredictable or invalid input. For example, it can be designed with a resilience to low memory conditions
Reusability: the modular components designed should capture the essence of the functionality expected out of them and no more or less. This single-minded purpose renders the components reusable wherever there are similar needs in other designs
Compatibility: The software is able to operate with other products that are designed for interoperability with another product. For example, a piece of software may be backward-compatible with an older version of itself.
Modularity: the resulting software comprises well defined, independent components. That leads to better maintainability. The components could be then implemented and tested in isolation before being integrated to form a desired software system. This allows division of work in a software development project
Usability: AVPM® interface is intuitive (and often aesthetically pleasing) to its target user/audience.
Security: The software is able to withstand hostile acts and influences.

Is there any way to control the revenue?

  • The nature of the valet parking business has not allowed total revenue control, until now.
  • All available valet parking systems rely on people, but not anymore.
  • With AVPM® revenue control systems you will collect 100% profit, 100% of the time.

What are the control points AVPM® offers?

AVPM® enables you to have as much control as you need. This includes:

  • Ticket tracking
  • Employee tracking
  • Vehicle tracking
  • Key tracking
  • Guest tracking

Are gates essential to control revenue?

No, a gate will not monitor how many vehicles entered the lot. With or without a gate AVPM® will be able to completely monitor the       volume of cars at all times.

Are other products on the market accurate and efficient?

No. Other systems are too dependent on people.
AVPM® recognizes people are essential, but our product is so user friendly and error free that no other system can compete.

Current revenue control systems are too time consuming, how can AVPM solve this issue?

The technology AVPM® has empowers your operation. It does not hinder it. In the amount of time it takes to scan a bar-coded       ticket your operation will quickly be on the way to more profit.

What is the importance of "monitoring"?

Electronic monitoring makes the revenue control possible. Our AVPM® system will monitor every aspect of your valet business. It       will transform your operation into a totally profitable and efficient entity. AVPM® is the creator of this technology.

Tracking VS monitoring?

All revenue control systems have a basic principle, tracking. The problem with tracking is a lack of real time data. With an AVPM®
Operation Board you will have real time data instantly. This will allow you to address an issue when necessary. This will eliminate
lost key, loss revenue and productivity problems.

Is it possible to decrease payroll with AVPM®?

Absolutely, the AVPM® Operation Board will monitor the employee activity at all times. At anytime from anywhere in the world you       can monitor your operation. AVPM® will give you the power to see the performance of your business.

It will definitely increase their productivity and accordingly your payroll will decrease.

How will AVPM® eliminate false damage claims?

AVPM® garage entry systems will do this. Digital video images will be accessible from the point of sale unit. Justification of the       claim will be done instantly.

AVPM® fully automated systems will give you the ability to track all vehicles, keys, employees and all other operations at your fingertips. To see our product and find out how AVPM® can solve the most difficult problems, please fill out our demo request form. Thank you.
